There's a OTC med here in the States called Immitrol that works a treat for helping to stop nausea. I dunno if you have it over there or not, but it works, believe me.
There's nothing over the counter, I don't think, but that's the advantage to my job - if it hasn't stopped by tomorrow I'm going to look up the dosages and go take what we give vomiting beasties! (Metoclopramide, marvellous stuff)
It'll pass - I seem to be prone to these lightning fast bugs. Where the hell I pick them up god only knows.
Eh, not even that's staying put. It will do though, just takes time for the system to settle down.
(I hope you're not cross with me about that post on RF - I disagree with you, but I hope I didn't come across as unpleasant or domineering or anything. I really think we can agree to disagree on this one!!! *Worries* Still, don't want to offend...)
I'm going to try (what else) tea in a minute - maybe it's the tannins in it, but that usually stays put when nothing else will. Wish me luck!

*Laughs* If I'm being an arse you can have it, mate. Stick it on a pole!
As for the tea thing, peppermint (or any mint) is indeed excellent - but I'm talking about the english black stuff that I'm so fond of. Although once stuff starts staying put I'll probably switch over to the mint. (I love mint and thyme - but only when I've got both herbs growing fresh in the garden. Or thyme and sage, that's good...rosemary too. I must get my herbs up and running again!)
