Really good gig last night - Army Of Freshmen were good, MC Lars was a wanker, American Hi Fi very good, Bowling For Soup fantastic - but stopped at McDonalds for a drink on the way back to the bus. Fizzy orange. I thought it tasted a bit rank, but then McDonalds stuff often does.

By the time we got to the bus I was feeling queasy. I started throwing up when we got back to Oxford, and I've been heaving my guts all night, not to mention having such an appalling headache when I got home that i honestly thought I was going blind...

The head is just a bit stiff this morning, but my poor guts. Yarrrrgh.

So now I'm going back to lie on the sofa, cuddle the dog and feel sorry for myself.
