Man turned up to move container.

Someone is parked in the way.

Container cannot be moved.

We're going to be charged £110 for an abortive trip.

Man. I'd have had the car towed myself...but am glad to hear it's cooled down!

I'd certainly be tempted to have the car in the way towed... of course, could only do that if it was parked illegally as well as inconveniently.
