In other news, Thoth has come through his op well. As has Djinny, but he's likely to forgive me a lot quicker. My dear colleagues not only let me stick around, but I got into scrubs and mucked in to assist. It was very cool.

However, with all the lab fees and two bags of cat food, it came to a shade under - and I mean, a small shade - four hundred quid.

*Gulp*

Slay is not pleased with me at the mo.

Unfortunately, I tried to make her look like me and...er...failed.

But. You want an idea what Yoz looks like?

Remember the eight week old kitten I mentioned? Broken humerus? Tabby, as cute as only an eight week old kitten can be?

*Cough*

I miss having a tabby around the place since Grimma passed away. Djinny (love the spelling) is a longhair, but has no white on her - except for her right fourth toe. Anyway.

She came home with me tonight.

*Blush*

I am afraid to say that I was putty in those tiny paws. I'll try and post some pics tomorrow....
