I only have seven listed, my bad. They are:
Bass Guitar: Playing it, listening to it, analysing bass lines, watching and listening to how bassists and drummers work together... yeah. Never mind the flash bastards at the front, I love to see how the rhythm section works.
Ferrets: Mad beasties. Smart as dogs, terminally nosey, bouncy, playful, the poor relations of the small animal world. My babies are multi talented; they work with me in the field, they win rosettes at shows and they're pets and companions. I'm aware that they have a bit of a unique odour when they're entire but... I love 'em to bits.
Heavy Metal: Music of choice. Don't get me wrong, I have a very eclectic CD collection which includes a smattering of pop, electronic music, folk, jazz, classical but if I had to pick a favourite? Metal every time. The beat and the passion and the guitars and the hair and the denim and the leather and--
You get the picture.
Lurchers: Technically, a lurcher is a cross between any longdog (a sighthound breed, greyhound, saluki, whippet, borzoi, wolfhound, whatever) and any non-longdog (everything else). They're smart, naughty, and almost as dreadfully abused as racing greyhounds. They're the hob-nobs of the dog world - one is never enough!
Music: Of any kind, really. I love music. 'Nuff said, right?
Reading: What better way to spend some time than to lose oneself in a well crafted novel? But then it's not only that, it's anything. As a kid my books were taken off me in order to make me do stuff I didn't want to, like maths; I taught myself to read upside down so i could read everybody else's books! Will still read anything, though. Signs, newspapers...
Writing: Ah, the white hot surge of creation! Wonderful, marvellous, all too bloody rare. I love to write but also to talk about writing, share the experience, the frustrations and the joys... which I would never have discovered if it weren't for Rockfic. Take a bow, H...
