Sister in law died wednesday, 5.30pm.

Not much to say, really. Family are, well, as you might expect. Don't know when the funeral is.

We've talked about this often enough that you know my thoughts are with you and everyone who is facing this. Death in this manner is both a blessing and a curse, but always try to keep in mind that while the pain of those she leaves behind is very fresh, hers is done.

Cheers, man - went and saw Bruce (Slay's brother) yesterday and he's hanging in there, but only just. Maddy (who's 4) keeps asking him why mummy isn't coming home.

James is 17, so at least he understands that the pain is over now. And she was really suffering, at the end; so although we are all struggling, it's with the knowledge that she is finally without pain.
