Just a quickie 'cos I'm on lunch.

Found out this morning that one of my favourite patients died over the weekend. Pancreatitis, but not just any old inflamed pancreas, oh no - it had got itself in such a pickle it was all black and necrotic and nasty by the time H__ went in.

He couldn't be saved.

I'll miss him.

Longer post later - he was one of those patients that you have lots and lots of very fond memories of. I posted one of them last night in a comment on dogologists journal.
