Why am I up at...let me see...the clock on the 'puter says it's 04:33.

Well. I got up for a pee (sorry if it's TMI, but I have to get up three or four times every night) and Pepsi heard me and yelled so I came down and let her out. Didn't feel like going back to bed. Thought I'd have a mooch around my usual haunts and see what was happening.

Just been out in the garden. It's nice out there; a cool morning, everything painted in soft blues and greys and greens; because it's stupid early on the weekend the motorway and A34 are quiet and you can hear the birds singing. Funny how you don't notice the white noise in the background usually.

Looks like the blocking Pepsi's view thing is working; her bed is dry. It seems that she's been seeing the cats strolling past the crate and getting so agitated about it that she wet herself. Poor dog.

I think...I think I might try and write some now.

After a remarkably miserable day - considering that it started so well - this cheered me up:



Silly thing, this doll maker, but a lot of fun. (Couldn't resist the wings. It's supposed to be me, but you'd never know that for looking, would you?) The Harry doll attempt failed miserably.
