ICT have screwed up my BruceAir booking.

If this is not sorted and the flight we want is fully booked I am going to be one unhappy little carrot.

I'd offer my shoulder, but something tells me you'd much rather gnaw my arm off. I'll just settle for a concerned frown and a friendly, sympathetic ear (I'm unable to attend Family Values this year).
