1. How many tattoos do you have? How many, eventually, do you want?
So far: Stranger In A Strange Land, right upper arm. Left arm: bicep, Virus; Middle, Somewhere In Time Eddie, and another SiT on the tricep, round the back. And of course, the Brave new World cover Eddie on the top of my back. So, that's what, five so far? Ultimately I want all the skin of my back, legs, upper arms and shoulders covered. Including my backside. And if I ever lose the beergut, that too. Probably not brave enough to do the boobs, though.
Yup, I want serious ink...
2. Do you believe in any kind of God, or in the supernatural?
Hmmm. I could go on about this for ever, but yes - I believe that man is a spiritual animal. I also believe, however, that everything is tied together - everything has a soul, if you will. It's vaguely pagan, sort of Gaian, and I try and live by it. As for the supernatural, definitely. Have had some very weird shit happen to me over the years that I have yet to hear a convincing explanation of.
3. What's your perfect night out?
Going to a gig with a gang of female friends, being on the barrier without getting slaughtered, getting together in a hotel afterwards (in which the band are staying), chatting with said band and getting shagged stupid before dawn. Then going shopping with female friends.
4. Are there any songs that make you cry? What are they?
Certain songs at certain times, and it's because of links with times or sad memories. But the one that gets me most often is Helloween's A Tale That Wasn't Right. It's a very long story. But it has to do with the one great love of my life, and... I still don't want to talk about it. If you don't mind.
5. Sex, drugs and rock'n'roll - but you've just been told you can only choose one and will have to go without the other two henceforth! Which one would you pick? ("drugs" includes alcohol and tobacco for the purposes of this question)
Craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaap. Hard question. Very very very hard. Okay, well, as long as 'sex' doesn't include 'masturbation' then it would have to be music. Actually, it would have to be music anyway. But if I had to go without sex and alcohol and tobacco then nobody had better come near me for a decade or so. At least. And you'd better give me a big-ass pile of CDs.
Nuts, they were harder than I thought. Anyone else want to play?
Oh, and in other newsarrys_girlie has got some cracking new fic up. Go read and review. I'll take it as a personal favour. (I'm also having to make the most of it, because once her SO returns I'm going to be shit out of luck for new fic from her, I suspect!)
