Dirk is Dirk Schlächter, now the bassist for Gamma Ray - but when this picture was taken, he played guitar. (You have to wonder just what Kai said to him to make him switch for four strings to six...and the wheels continue to turn!)

He's the one I have the most ginormous crush on.

Nope, the picture is from the 1992 Gamma Ray program so he would have been 27 :)

He joined Gamma Ray at age 25 (1990) ;)
