Today, in short:

Got bitten by a Honduras Milk Snake that has never bitten anyone else ever.

Sold animals for the first time.

Talked to lots of very nice people.

Talked to some wankers.

Cuddled a terrapin (that crapped on me).

Need to look up details of Bearded Dragons and blue-tongued skinks.

Some good news!

Just called Chris at Pythons Lair (many thanks to arrys_girlie for giving me a boost this morning about it!), ostensibly to give him an update on Tyson and Doris' progress, but really to ask him if he'd seen my CV.

Which he had, and said it was 'very impressive'. *Beams* Cool, ne? Anyway, he said that he's got to sort some tax details out, but that he would like me to come and work for him.

*Bounces around the place squeeing madly*

OK, so the money will be pants and it's going to involve weekends, but do I care? No I do not! It'll be regular income, and it's working with reptiles and talking to people and best of all no vets!
